Determine the chargeable weight

CONNECTED United Arab Emirates UPDATE: Who doesn’t hate hidden charges and over complicated calculations? To make things simpler for you we will be charging you on actual weight for your shipments from United Arab Emirates!​

Only oversized items will be charged based on volumetric weight. Items exceeding 140 CM for USA & 100 CM across all origins in any dimension will be categorized as oversized items.​

In the event that a package exceeds these limits, please contact us to pay additional fees to have the package shipped. Or alternatively, we shall give you the option to return the item(s) to the United Arab Emirates merchant at your cost.​

Bundling Discounts

CONNECTED allows you to ship multiple packages into a single transaction, helping you reduce your overall shipping costs through our Bundling Discount benefit.

BASIC Members

Enjoy a 25% discount on the Base Charge for every additional package included in the same shipment across all available origins.

PREMIUM Members

Enjoy enhanced savings with:

50% discount on the Base Charge for every additional package across all origins.

100% discount on the Base Charge for every additional package shipped from the USA.

In addition, PREMIUM members benefit from up to 30 days FREE storage across all origins, giving them more time to accumulate and consolidate multiple purchases into a single shipment for maximum savings.

Note:

- BASIC Members minimum chargeable weight for shipping is 0.5 kg, with an incremental weight step of 0.1 kg thereafter.

- PREMIUM Members minimum chargeable weight for shipping is 0.1 kg, with an incremental weight step of 0.1 kg thereafter.

Note:: Minimum chargeable weight for Air Freight is 0.5kg and an incremental weight step of 0.1kg thereafter.

Additional Costs to Take Note Of CONNECTED Care Package

We are there in every step to ensure you receive your package in good condition. And while damaged or lost packages are rare, our Care package provides further convenience in the unlikely event something does happen to your item(s)

 CONNECTED Care is shipment value protection cover from CONNECTED providing opt-in protection for your goods in transit from our warehouses to you. It provides the peace of mind that your purchases are protected and compensated in the event of loss or damage from any external cause.

 To protect your item(s), 3% of its declared value or minimum QR 50/- whichever is higher will be added to your shipment cost, up to a maximum of QAR 2,500. Before you select shipment CONNECTED Care, make sure that the minimum value of the item(s) to be taken care of is QAR 40.

Note:: You may not file a claim for damage or loss if you do not select shipment CONNECTED Care. It does not cover import duties and taxes, shipping costs or damage to the box/packaging.
