With every payment made on your CONNECTED account, you will earn loyalty points that can be converted into Qmiles. These Qmiles can be redeemed for a wide range of benefits and exciting rewards, including complimentary flights, exclusive awards, or discounts on excess baggage fees with Qatar Airways. You can also use your Qmiles when shopping at Qatar Duty Free located at Hamad International Airport in Doha, or at Al Maha Galleria in Doha, a boutique designed exclusively for Privilege Club members. Continue shipping with CONNECTED and enjoy rewards every time.
* Qmiles are the reward miles earned when Privilege Club members of Qatar Airways loyalty programme fly on Qatar Airways, oneworld airlines, its other airline partners or use the services of any of their global partners.
How to earn Qmiles:
Earn 1 Qmile when you spend QAR 4.00 on shipping charges (base charge and weight charge only) excluding CONNECTED Care, customs and handling charges.

How to enrol and transfer your Qmiles:
To qualify for Qmiles, the CONNECTED member must hold a Qatar Airways Privilege Club Membership account. If you are not already a Privilege Club member, please enroll at qmiles.com.
To start earning Qmiles, simply link your CONNECTED account with your Privilege Club membership account number in the “My Account” tab.
Your Qmiles will be credited to your Privilege Club membership account within one month from the date that you are eligible for Qmiles along with an SMS confirmation.
You can also call us at 104, our 24/7 Customer Service Centre should you wish to enroll or exit the Rewarding Programme scheme.

Terms & Conditions
- If you’re a CONNECTED member, enrolled in the Rewarding program, you can earn CONNECTED Loyalty points every time you make a payment for shipping.
- You can transfer your points to Privilege Club by simply linking your CONNECTED account with your Privilege Club account to start transferring points.
- CONNECTED Loyalty points may only be transferred to the Privilege Club account of the main card member. Qmiles cannot be transferred back to CONNECTED once credited to your Privilege Club account.
