Terms & Conditions

1. Only individuals or entities registered with Connected.qa are eligible to enroll in the Connected Premium Program.
2. The participant must be of legal age, 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
3. To enroll, participants must provide accurate and complete registration details on the Connected Premium page.
4. Enrollment in the Premium Program is subject to approval by Qatar Post.
5. A subscription fee of QR 250/- will apply for participation in the Premium Program.
6. Fees are subject to change, and Qatar Post will notify members of any changes through official communication channels.
7. Premium members will receive access to exclusive services and benefits as announced by Qatar Post from time to time.
8. The benefits of the program are non-transferable and exclusive to the registered member only.
9. Membership duration is yearly, starting from the date of activation.
10. Upon expiry of the membership, automatic renewal may occur where such option is enabled or agreed by the member.
11. Members may cancel their subscription at any time; however, subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Qatar Post.
12. Any unused Premium benefits may not be carried over to a subsequent membership period.
13. Members are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and up to date at all times.
14. Misuse or abuse of the program benefits, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, false declarations, or violation of service policies, may result in suspension or termination of membership.
15. The availability of Premium Program services is subject to local laws, regulations, customs requirements, airline restrictions, and operational limitations.
16. Qatar Post reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate any Premium Program service, benefit, or feature at its discretion.
17. By joining the program, members agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for the purpose of providing and improving the service.
18. Members’ information will not be shared with third parties without their consent, except where required by law, regulation, or for service fulfillment purposes.
19. Qatar Post is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Premium Program.
20. Qatar Post’s liability for any claim is limited to the total value of the subscription fee paid by the member for the applicable membership period.
21. Qatar Post reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
22. Any changes will be communicated to members via email, the Connected.qa platform, or any other official communication channel.
23. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
